Meet Our Builder
Scott is originally from Ohio but moved to Richmond, VA at an early age. He moved to AR with his wife, Caroline, in 2015. Scott has worked within the construction industry for his entire professional career. This includes restoration, estimating and project management, but he has also worked ‘hands on’ throughout every phase of the construction process, so he’s not a builder who relies on subcontractors for guidance or expertise- he provides the guidance and expertise to the subcontractors. Scott prides himself on quality construction and attention to detail with every build.

Meet Our Designer
Caroline is an Arkansas native with over 30 years of design experience. Through her company Design By Caroline, she contracts with Developers and Builders, as well as individual clients, to design new construction homes. This includes developmental planning of architectural drawings, selection of all construction related elements such windows, roofing, exterior veneer as well as cabinet layout/design, plumbing/lighting fixtures, paint/stain, tile/flooring, countertops, etc. Caroline also assists with all millwork and carpentry dimensioning and design to ensure correct proportion, margins and ratios. New Construction is her passion and Caroline prides herself on never creating the same design twice!
